"Long wait and still got the wrong order"
I waited in the queue for ages, which was already frustrating, and then my order arrived late on top of that. When I finally got it, it wasn’t even what I ordered. Disappointing experience overall

"Too pricey for what you get"
I signed up for Nebility hoping it would make things easier and save me some time, but my first reaction was kind of, why is this so complicated? For the price, I expected it to feel a lot smoother right away.
Some of it worked fine, so I wouldn’t say it was terrible, but nothing really impressed me. With a monthly cost like that, I thought there would be more useful features or at least better support when I had questions.
Maybe it’s a better fit for someone else, but for me it just didn’t feel worth it. I gave it a short try, didn’t see enough value, and ended up cancelling.

"Pretty good, but I’m a little torn"
I’ve usually stuck with this brand because it’s been reliable for me in the past, so I really wanted to like this more. For the price, the quality is decent and it does the job, but mine started showing signs of wear after just a few weeks. It’s not a bad buy, but it didn’t quite live up to what I expected from a brand I normally trust.

"Checkout was kind of a hassle"
The site looks fine overall, but using it felt a little slow and confusing, if that makes sense. Checkout took longer than I expected, and I ended up having to enter my information again, which was annoying. It wasn’t terrible, but it definitely could’ve been smoother.

"Pretty quick support"
I had a question about my order and they actually got back to me faster than I expected. It wasn’t totally perfect, but they helped me get everything sorted out in the end.

the shipping just took forever... tracking barely told me anything and I never really felt like I could trust when the order was actually going to show up

"Return took longer than I expected"
The return process took way too long, and my refund came in later than I was expecting. Anyway... I’m glad it finally got sorted, but I wasn’t really happy with how long I had to wait.
